Due to the use of glass packaging and the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for dairy products or natural kitchen products.

We also do not offer refunds for products returned for reasons other than transit damage.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of an order is not possible once the order has been confirmed or shipped.

Transit Damages

We request you to check the condition of the package at the time of delivery.

If you receive a product in damaged condition from our delivery personnel or courier partner, please contact us within a reasonable time with:

• Clear photographs of the damaged product
• A copy of your invoice
